Our practice is multi-disciplinary. We are dedicated to getting you matched with the therapist that best fits your needs and your preferences, and do so by understanding your unique challenges and pairing you with an expert best suited to your situation. 

We also offer support in multiple languages, allowing you to get the care you need in the language most comfortable for you. 

Do you take insurance?

Yes, we accept insurance and private-paying clients.

Do you have flexible hours?

Our practice is open seven days a week, between 8am – 9pm.

You can call, email, or fill out the contact form, and we will find a therapist and schedule that works best for your needs.

Do you provide online therapy?

Yes, online therapy is available to Canadian residents.

Therapy is not meant to last forever. The length of treatment depends on your needs and goals. The goal of therapy is to promote independence and help you learn skills and techniques so you can experience tangible improvements.
