We all experience numerous transitions throughout our lives. This could encompass anything from starting school or having children for the first time to purchasing a home, changing jobs, moving, and approaching retirement. These transitions can be natural progressions, as well as those that are imposed upon us and may or may not be welcomed. While they can fill us with excitement and curiosity, pushing us beyond our comfort zones, they can also be uncomfortable and scary and evoke a range of emotions.
